May 6-10, and Monday May 13th,  June 20-21st,  June 26-28th,  Monday July 1st, and July 11-12th.

We offer a variety of yoga classes whether you are looking for a “little chill” after a stressful day or a strengthening vigorous class. The Nest Wellness Studio has a class to support your needs.

Studio illness policy:  masks optional,  If your actively sick with fever, runny nose and sneezing, please stay home and get well.   Mask up if feeling better but still with lingering cough or symptoms that can drag on.

Not a pass holder? Purchase a punch pass $ 55/5 and $100/ 10 punches & drop in rate $12.   You get a punch for every class you attend (passes may be used for any session). Students and military $10 off on punch cards. Check or Cash preferred.

Class Schedule:

Monday 5:15-6:15 pm  (class ends 4/29)

A combination of yoga, mat work, core, weighted body bars, bands, swiss ball, Melt rolling techniques all rolled into 60 minutes of time well spent!

 Monday 6: 45-8:00 pm (all levels)

Slow Flow Yoga  with some intermediate poses introduced.  All classes are taught with modifications so rather skilled yogi or new to yoga, you can be sure to achieve strength and flexibility and balance. (class  ends 4/29)

Get with the Flow  (starts 5/20) Mondays 6:45-8pm  Upbeat rhythms with some beginner to intermediate poses introduced.  Strength/Flexibility/Balance

Tuesday 8:30-9:30am  (Level 1-2)  (starts 5/21)

Namaste Fit : strength, core, balance, definition-  utilizing body weight, body bars, swiss balls and more.  This is a fun energetic class!

Tuesday 10:00 am – 11:15 am (Level 1-2)

Slow Flow Yoga Flowing yoga is a  vinyasa practice which is slowed down and savory, linking the breath with movement which helps develop a greater sense of self awareness, balance and harmony with themselves.  Each class is unique but may include variations of sun salutations, as well as standing postures, back bends, twists, forward bends, and intro to some intermediate postures.

Wednesday 6:45-8pm  (All levels)
 Gentle ROM & Restore  This class is designed to slow down and appreciate the moment. To be present in your body and begin to observe your thoughts and where they go.  We will practice some gentle poses, restorative poses, and learn to meditate. A great class for those looking to find calm.

Thursday 8:30 am-9:30am   Namaste Fit (see description above )  starts 5/16

Thursday 10:00 am – 11:15 am (Level 1-2)
Joyful Gentle Functional Yoga Alignment/strength/flexibility combine as we move to our best selves and the body we are in today.  This class is designed from those who are healing, have some limitations or previous injury, acute or chronic. There is limited standing work in this class.

Friday 9:15-10:30 am  Yoga Basics/beginning Flo A combination class of rolling, strength core, flexibility , and calm

Level Descriptions  Please keep in mind that I teach a multi level class, so all can achieve their goals.  All classes are taught with modifications.
All Levels: This class can be adaptive to all levels, great for beginners or those intermediate and advanced participants looking for a space to restore the body and mind.

Level 1: Perfect place for beginners and those looking to learn the basic poses. Must be able to comfortably transfer from sit to stand.

Level 1-2: Poses are held longer, more of a challenge, some beginners may start here if athletic or active lifestyle.

Level 2-3: Most advanced class offered. Expectation that participants have some experience with basic yoga poses, emphasis on refinement of the poses.

New Years Eve/Day, Easter
